Your satisfaction in products you buy from us is our goal. We believe that the products we offer are the best combination of quality and price available, and we take pride in our excellent service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods you received from us, please follow the Steps described below and we will be happy to help you return the goods in question.
Step 1: Contact customer service at 800-872-8695 and a customer service agent will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN).
Orders shipped within the U.S. – Product must be sent back to us within 15 days of being received by you.
Orders shipped outside of the U.S. – Due to extended shipping times, you have up to 60 days after receiving your order to return items.
Step 2: To ensure quick processing of your return, please write the RAN on the return label and include the original packing slip, or order, sent with your order.
Exclusions – Only one opened package of any product can be returned. All others of the same product must be in a factory-sealed container to be eligible for a refund, unless our Customer Service person allows for an exception with instructions via email to you.
Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment, minus our shipping charges to you. If you are returning product from us which you did not order, we will of course refund all related freight charges.
