Return Policy

Return and Refund Policies

Your satisfaction in products you buy from us is our goal. We believe that the products we offer are the best combination of quality and price available, and we take pride in our excellent service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods you received from us, please follow the Steps described below and we will be happy to help you return the goods in question.

Step 1: Contact customer service at 800-872-8695 and a customer service agent will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN). To be eligible for a return from carwashworld.com your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Our Customer Service representatives will need the following information to expedite the returns process. After we receive the following information we will contact you with a Return Goods Authorization Number.

  • Customer name
  • Invoice number
  • Reason for return
  • Phone number

Once that information is processed you will receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number.  Do not send your item back without a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number. Any item returned without an Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number will not be processed

Step 2:  To ensure quick processing of your return, please write the RAN on the return label and include the original packing slip, or order, sent with your order.  Once you receive your Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number from us please send your items to:

Exclusions and Limits

  • After 45 days your return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • No returns will accepted after 90 days
  • freight will not be refunded

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like laundry machine parts and chemicals.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted we will send your replacement

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment, minus our shipping charges to you. If you are returning product from us which you did not order, we will of course refund all related freight charges.
